Barre Fusion

This 60 minute yoga, pilates, and barre mixed class will infuse the best of all workouts. Beginning with gentle stretches and light weights, then progressing to the barre and mat for a more intense practice.

Core Yoga with Weights

Relax your mind and re-energize your body in this soulful and athletic practice that fuses flow yoga with intense core work for the ultimate mind body experience. Sun-salutations and warrior poses are woven with sequences of isolated thigh, arm, and ab work incorporating weights as you build the heat, then reward yourself with a cooling savasana finish. This uplifting class will unleash your inner warrior leaving you strengthened, stretched, and sweaty! Open to all levels.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga, is a practice where asanas are connected throught the breath for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes builds heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength. It is generally athletic in nature, and the creative sequencing found in a vinyasa class is often built around Sun Salutations. This is a 75 minute class.

PREREQUISITE NOTES - This class is suitable for most levels of practice. The ability to move from standing to seated poses is a must.

Warmed Yoga Flow

This unique 75 minute class allows the body to open with gentle flowing range of motion exercises for the entire body. The range of motion exercises increase circulation; loosen the muscles and tendons restoring mobility to the joints, and release habitual patterns of tension held in the body. Guidance is given to bring awareness of the moment(s) physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The flow at times is creatively lead from the heart, allowing one to venture and learn to feel this beauty and grace from within.

Move Ur Asana

This 60minute class incorporates both yoga and pilates movements to provide a great workout. This invigorating class will work your entire body with a focus on core, flexibility, and strengthening.

Playful Yoga Flow

This 60 min class focuses on going deep, layer by layer into the precise alignment of each pose. Moving through poses with the breath. Align the body and feel each posture as you move at a comfortable pace, then pause momentarily in a strength building pose.

Over the Hump - Strengthen & Stretch Yoga

Slow Yoga Flow

This 75 minute class is slow-paced, and less vigorous. Emphasis on the breath is key to opening and releasing long held tension within the body. Keeping with yoga tradition and principles, this class helps us to slow down from our busy lives. A class for beginners as well as seasoned yoga practitioners.
