Certified Yoga Instructor

I have been teaching Yoga in the Lake Norman area for the last 6 years Currently teaching Yoga at Lowes YMCA before which I also taught at Ahlara International. I am also in the process of training for my RYT500 Yoga teacher training and Yoga Therapist Certification.

I received my RYT200 from the Bodhi School of Yoga, here in Charlotte for the training but based in New York. I am currently studying with a number of local and international Yoga teachers through Yoga Club based here in Charlotte and also in Atlanta.
